yes you're wrong but not for the reason you gave. This is THEE first Tom Jerry berfoe they even got the name Tom Jerry and it was released to THEATERS in 1940. It is a THEATRICAL SHORT and NOT a TV episode and as you may know, color movies go as far back as the 1930 s. It makes sense to think it would be from the 60 s if you thought it was shown on TV since color shows were not prevalent on TV til the late 60s.
